Orders placed within 3 days of certain major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day) will be considered as having flexible delivery dates. While it may not be possible to deliver the day before the holiday, unless otherwise requested we may have to deliver the morning of the holiday. If this is not acceptable, please call to confirm our inventory and delivery status.
Please note that no online flower selections can be guaranteed due to changes in daily inventory so if you need more information - it's best to call and speak to me.
Unless otherwise requested we will leave the delivery at the address provided. Online orders MUST have the RECIPIENT'S phone number. We will then call/text to let them know where we left the flowers. If a phone number is not provided, we will leave the arrangement (at our discretion based on the weather conditions) and send you a delivery confirmation. It will then will be your responsibility to ensure the recipient receives the delivery.

Whether it’s a new variety or a fresh style of arranging them, let us open your mind to the many choices available. Your gift is a digital gift card that can be used by phone or on our website.
Because we’d like to fill your life with flowers not fine print, we’ve kept the conditions pretty simple. Gift cards must be redeemed for local (no out of state) purchases. Gift cards under $150 must be redeemed within 6 months. All others must be redeemed within one year.

1. General Use Digital gift cards may be used for purchases online through our website or in-store at our physical location. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, except as required by law.
2. Expiration Gift cards under $150 must be redeemed within 6 months. All others must be redeemed within one year.
3. Redemption Digital gift cards can be redeemed online by entering the gift card ID at checkout, or in-store by presenting the barcode from the email to a store attendant. Any remaining balance after a purchase will stay on the card for future use.
4. Delivery Digital gift cards are delivered electronically via email to the recipient immediately after purchase. Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly, as we are not responsible for undelivered or misdirected cards due to incorrect information.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Gift cards should be treated like cash. Unauthorized use will not be refunded or replaced.
6. Refunds and Exchanges Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Any refunds or returns for purchases made with a gift card will be subject to the return policy of the store where the purchase was made.
7. Balance and Transaction History You can check the balance and transaction history of your gift card by calling the store directly. A store representative will assist you with any questions related to your card.
8. Fraud and Abuse We reserve the right to deactivate, reject, or cancel any gift card if we suspect fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms. Legal action may be taken where applicable.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and will apply to all current and future gift card use.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
