Orders placed within 3 days of certain major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day) will be considered as having flexible delivery dates. While it may not be possible to deliver the day before the holiday, unless otherwise requested we may have to deliver the morning of the holiday. If this is not acceptable, please call to confirm our inventory and delivery status.
Please note that no online flower selections can be guaranteed due to changes in daily inventory so if you need more information - it's best to call and speak to me.
Unless otherwise requested we will leave the delivery at the address provided. Online orders MUST have the RECIPIENT'S phone number. We will then call/text to let them know where we left the flowers. If a phone number is not provided, we will leave the arrangement (at our discretion based on the weather conditions) and send you a delivery confirmation. It will then will be your responsibility to ensure the recipient receives the delivery.
Lovely collection of soft colors. Selection varies by season. will usually include hydrangea, roses, spray roses accented with seasonal blossoms such as tulips, peonies dahlias, mini callas etc.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I ordered an arrangement after a visit to family. I live out of state but knew that Pelham Manor Florist would take good care of my order, and i was right! Not 12 hours after I placed my order on the internet, I received a note saying that they knew my relatives and would be sending the arrangement with a few substitutions if I was OK with it. I even got a photo of the arrangement in my in-box and a thank you from my relatives within the hour! That type of service is very rare these days. Excellent experience with Pelham Manor Florist as usual! I am a repeat user and have gotten rave reviews about the floral arrangements from the recipients. The website is easy to use; when I've had a question and called the shop, Lidia gets back quickly; delivery is on time; and the flowers super fresh!
