Unless otherwise requested, we will leave the delivery at the address provided. Online orders MUST have the RECIPIENT'S phone number. We will then call/text to let them know where we left the flowers. If a phone number is not provided, we will leave the arrangement (at our discretion based on the weather conditions) and send you a delivery confirmation. It will then will be your responsibility to ensure the recipient receives the delivery.

This was my first time ordering from Pelham Manor Florist. I found Lydia to be very friendly and helpful. The arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were fresh. I especially liked receiving a picture of the arrangement and notification when the delivery was made. I would definitely recommend Pelham Manor Florist and Lydia to anyone and I would order again. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
