Unless otherwise requested, we will leave the delivery at the address provided. Online orders MUST have the RECIPIENT'S phone number. We will then call/text to let them know where we left the flowers. If a phone number is not provided, we will leave the arrangement (at our discretion based on the weather conditions) and send you a delivery confirmation. It will then will be your responsibility to ensure the recipient receives the delivery.

I placed an order for delivery the same day. The person I dealt with could not have been more helpful. Despite being super busy she helped me make a decision for the wake of a very dear friend. Stayed in my budget and the arrangement was beautiful and arrived in plenty of time. Received a delivery confirmation and was relieved knowing it arrived. Lidia provided the utmost care and excellent customer service when it came to this order. I chose designer's choice and explained to her what the occasion was for. The arrangement was so beautiful! I believe I found a new florist right in my neighborhood! Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
