Unless otherwise requested we will leave the delivery at the address provided. Online orders MUST have the RECIPIENT'S phone number. We will then call/text to let them know where we left the flowers. If a phone number is not provided, we will leave the arrangement (at our discretion based on the weather conditions) and send you a delivery confirmation. It will then will be your responsibility to ensure the recipient receives the delivery.
Vase of tulips...simple, classic, spring... Note this is a taller presentation - for more compact styling - see "Twisted Tulips". Please note that we generally carry only double tulips which is a premium variety. At times when we have the more common single varieties, flower count may be increased.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
