Orders placed within 3 days of certain major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter, Mother's Day) will be considered as having flexible delivery dates. While it may not be possible to deliver the day before the holiday, unless otherwise requested we may have to deliver the morning of the holiday. If this is not acceptable, please call to confirm our inventory and delivery status.
Please note that no online flower selections can be guaranteed due to changes in daily inventory so if you need more information - it's best to call and speak to me.
Unless otherwise requested we will leave the delivery at the address provided. Online orders MUST have the RECIPIENT'S phone number. We will then call/text to let them know where we left the flowers. If a phone number is not provided, we will leave the arrangement (at our discretion based on the weather conditions) and send you a delivery confirmation. It will then will be your responsibility to ensure the recipient receives the delivery.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The florist was very helpful.She delivered the arrangement early,in anticipation of a severe snow & ice storm.Also,when she heard that the arrangement was for my deceased brother,she volunteered to put a ribbon across,which said Beloved Brother.Unfoortunately,I was not able to attend services,as I live in Virginia..However,other family members that attended,confirmed that it was beautiful. ---- Florist's Response: We understand how difficult it is being far away and wanting to support family during sad times. I'm glad we were able to work with available inventory and offer a custom banner. The weather doesn't always cooperate but we do our best...Thanks for acknowledging it.
